Refund policy
Have you changed your mind about the item you purchased? It is possible to get a refund, an exchange, or a credit note.
We offer a 30-day return policy for your items. Here are the conditions for us to accept the return of the item:
- The item must not have been used;
- The item must not have been washed;
- The item must have its original packaging;
- The item must have its tags;
- The item must have all its parts (e.g., all parts of a bridle);
- You must have the receipt for the item purchased from LuxEQ.
Here are the products we cannot refund:
- Items from a special order made for you;
- Items already on clearance or final sale;
- Gift certificates.
In the case of a defect in the item, the supplier's warranty will apply.
How to proceed with an exchange or return of an item?
Before returning the item to us, you must have obtained approval from us regarding this exchange or return.
You can send the item to us by mail, and you will have to cover the shipping costs unless otherwise agreed with the LuxEQ team.
You can also come to our drop-off address in Quebec.
The refund or the sending of the exchanged item will be made after the receipt of the item you return to us. You will receive a message confirming the receipt of the item and the instructions regarding your request.
